A special release close to our hearts, Hartmann Estate has been one of our long-term partners since 2014. The Hartmanns are a four-generation coffee family known for their dedication to quality and innovation, earning multiple awards over the years. Most notably, they won the Best of Panama in 2023, with their coffee eventually being served at AUD150 per cup.
Helmed by Ratibor Hartmann, a third-generation producer, Hartmann Estate comprises two farms — Finca Hartmann and Ojo de Agua — located between 1,300 and 2,000 metres above sea level, with nearly 100 hectares of forest reserves bordering the Parque Nacional de La Amistad. For the Hartmann family, each harvest is an opportunity to explore, refine, and push the boundaries of coffee processing.
Ratibor manages the business alongside his four siblings, each overseeing a specific aspect of the farm. Now joined by the fourth generation, the family continues to embody the warmth of Panamanian hospitality — sharing not just coffee, but a living legacy that we’re honoured to celebrate through this release.
With its lovely florals and intensely sweet profile, this limited lot is the perfect gift for coffee lovers this festive season — a true delight for those who appreciate the finer things in life.
