Self-Collection
All orders received before 12pm will be ready for collection the next working day. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection.

Please note that all items ordered must be collected within seven (7) days from the order date. Any uncollected items will be forfeited.

International Shipping 

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore dollars.

Shipping is free to West Malaysia for orders above S$80. For other countries, shipping rates and estimated delivery date will be calculated during checkout based on your postal address. Please bear with us if your orders do not arrive on the estimated delivery date due to customs delays.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. The respective logistic partners will contact you for the additional charges for payment. 

PPP Coffee will not be able to calculate these charges or be liable for these additional charges. 

Custom policies may vary for each country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

All goods sold will be non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

PPP Coffee is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods caused in the process of delivery.

Limited Warranty 

All electronic coffee machines and grinders sold by PPP Coffee comes with a limited local warranty provided by our partner, Stellar-M, which covers any manufacturing defects for a period of up to one (1) year.

Brands/products that are covered by a 1-year limited warranty include:

  • Rocket Espresso - Appartamento TCA B
  • Baratza - Encore, Encore ESP
  • Wendougee - Lita, Milo Play
  • Varia - VS3 

PPP Coffee and/or its distributor is not responsible and will not be held liable for any goods that are damaged by misuse or improper use. PPP Coffee and/or its distributor reserves the rights to reject any requests for replacement/exchange for items that are not in its original packaging.
