We value long-lasting relationship with our producers, by offering an extension of the farm’s harvest has allowed us to add more value and increase sustainability.
We are excited to share- two vintages of coffee flower honey! Comes from perfumey and delicate coffee flowers, this 2020 harvest is bright and lively while the 2019 vintage reminds us of deeper, brown sugar aromatics.

Here's 4 ways to enjoy this rare-release coffee honey:
Paired with Cheese
The 2020 harvest pairs well with soft cheese to accentual bright clean notes, while the vintage 2019 compliments any aged cheese with good amount of nuttiness.
Arguably the most delightful combination in taste- sweet and savoury.
Coffee Honey Lemonade (serves 6-8)
Memorable, yet easy to make.
Juice up 4-6 Lemons, dissolve about 100 grams of Coffee Blossom Honey with Lemon Juice, top up with 1 litres of Bubbles or Water. Served Chilled.
Drizzle on toast
a.k.a. Barista’s breakfast
Spread a generous amount of your favourite nut butter on a toast, drizzle with honey and finish with salt flakes. Delicious enough as a meal or serve it to your guests.
Producer’s Special
Featuring both ingredients by our farm partners, Danny Perez.
Brew a pot of Cascara Tea and sweeten with Coffee Honey to your liking. This beverage puts a spotlight for unique yet underrated coffee products. We hope you try it!
Isnul Honey is our vehicle to nurture deeper connections between you and the producer with traceable, quality produce. This is the very first time this honey is exported and sold outside of Guatemala. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
