To book a room, follow these steps:
(1) Click on the correct meeting room
██ C-Platform ██ Cupping Room
(2) Type your Name + Event Title
(3) Click Save to create calendar invite
(4) Refresh this page
(5) Confirm that your booked room is shown in the calendar below
