The course

Taking place at our 6-seater omakase bar, we're kicking off this season's Coffee Omakase experience with the highly prized Gesha varietal. The Gesha originated from Ethiopia, the land of coffees with vibrant fruity and floral characteristics.

Geshas are incredibly hard to grow, therefore the high price tag. They yield much lesser per harvest as compared hence making each bag an exclusivity. Its exceptionally sweet and floral taste notes is what makes it unique and versatile when it comes to various brewing methods.

The experience

Each coffee is presented using a different preparation method that best brings out the flavours of the coffee that is being served to you.

In this Coffee Omakase experience, you will get to enjoy the highly prized Gesha brewed in three ways:

Hot Filter
Signature Cocktail

The Pairing

Alongside the beverage, you can look forward to specially crafted sweet treats that is designed to bring out different flavours and tastes of the experience without stealing the ultimate limelight of the show - the coffee.
