Suke Quto Farm sits high in the Guji region of southern Ethiopia, where coffee grows between 1,800 and 2,200 metres above sea level. The farm is managed by Tesfaye Bekele, who works with local outgrowers alongside his own coffee land.
The farm’s fertile volcanic soils are carefully maintained through organic recycling, using leaf litter and natural plant matter from the coffee and shade trees. This helps create a healthy environment for the coffee to thrive.
For this Natural lot, ripe coffee cherries are selectively picked and dried slowly on raised beds for 9–15 days. The extended drying process allows the fruit to develop naturally around the coffee seed, creating a cup with a lively, fruit-forward character and layered sweetness.
Suke Quto Natural reflects the distinctive character of Guji: bright, aromatic and expressive, with a clean structure and lingering sweetness. It is a coffee that showcases both the quality of its high-altitude growing environment and the careful work behind every harvest.
