Understanding the coffee 

Coffees may all look the same but are vastly different. By understanding each coffees' processing, flavour profile, and how it contributes to complexity, acidity, and sweetness of your cup is the first step to creating your ideal blend. We'll do this through a cupping session where you will learn how to taste different flavours 

Finding the sweet spot for your blend

When it's time to finally blend your coffees, we do this by combining the coffees of your choice until you get an outcome you enjoy. You may not nail the ratio the first time, and that's okay! We're here to guide you. 

When you're done, you'll have a bag of 250g blend that's exclusively yours, and yours only!
