What is Cold Brew ready coffees?
These are coffees that are well-rested (past 14 days from roast date) and perfect for making cold brew! Cold brew coffees taste best when well-rested coffees are used as peak aromas would have stabilised by then, preventing muddy or overly sharp notes your final brew. Using fresh beans for cold brew may cause uneven extraction, hence leading to a sour brew.

Tip
