Q: When will the receiver receive the first order?
The first order will be shipped out within 3-7 working days after order is placed. Subsequently, the receiver will have a recurring order every month until the 3rd delivery is completed.
Q: When will the receiver receive the add-on(s), if any?
If you have bundled the subscription with add-ons, the receiver will receive it together with the first order.
Q: Can subscription preference be changed during the subscription period?
You will not be able to change subscription preference once you have submitted a preference. If you need any assistance, please contact customerservice@pppcoffee.com.
Q: What happens after the subscription ends?
After the subscription ends, your receiver may continue to subscribe to their favourite coffee or pick another preference here. If they did not choose to continue, they would not be receiving any more coffee the subsequent month.
