Q: What can I expect as a subscriber of PPP Coffee’s monthly Surprise Box?
As a subscriber, you can look forward to receive a bag of limited release filter coffee every month.
Q: Where are the coffees from?
The coffees in your Surprise box are 100% Arabica specialty grade coffees sourced from some of our direct-to-origin coffee producers located in different regions around the world.
Q: What kind of roast can I expect in my Surprise Box?
The coffees are medium to light roasted, suitable for filter brewing methods.
Q: Will the coffees in my Surprise Box be different every month?
We try our best to vary the selection in our Surprise Box. As a subscriber, you can look forward to a different coffee every month.
Q: When will I receive my Surprise box?
All Surprise Box will be shipped out by the 5th of every month. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Q: I am based out of Singapore. Can I subscribe to the monthly Surprise coffee box?
Yes! We provide international shipping. If your country is not listed as one of our current destinations, you can drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What if I do not want to continue my Surprise box subscription?
You can cancel and resume anytime. Simply login to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions". Under "Delivery Schedule", you can cancel your subscription and re-activate it any time, or simply skip certain shipments.
Q: How do I track the shipping status of my Surprise box?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking URL. To track your orders, simply click on the link provided.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q: When will I be charged for my monthly Surprise Box?
A payment will be charged to your credit card when you first subscribe to our monthly Surprise box. Subsequently, there will be a recurring charge on the 25th of every month.
Q: How do I amend my delivery and billing information?
Login to your account on www.pppcoffee.com. On your account page, you can update your billing information and delivery address.
