3-5 tablespoons food-grade dried lavender
1 part water
1 part sugar
2 shots of your favourite espresso
100ml milk of choice
Step 1: Make lavender syrup by bringing dried lavender, water, and sugar to a boil. Set aside to cool.
Step 2: Pour a splash of lavender syrup into cup.
Step 3: Brew a double shot of espresso over.
Step 4: Froth milk of choice and pour over. Enjoy!
