About 300g 92°C Hot Water

Instructions
Step 1: Rinse
Place the filter paper in the Chemex brewer. Rinse the filter paper using hot water. Discard the water and place it on the weighing scale.
Step 2: Grind
Grind 20g of coffee using the medium-coarse setting of your grinder.
Step 3: Setup
Pour coffee grounds into the wet filter paper. Ensure that the coffee bed is even and then hit tare on the weighing scale.
Step 4: Pre-infuse
Hit the timer and pour 40g of water in a circular motion over your coffee bed. Your hot water should cover all the dry spots.
Step 5: Pour
When the timer reads 30 seconds, continue to pour the water in circular motion gently until the weighing scale reads 300g. Remove the filter and coffee grounds.
Step 6: Serve & Enjoy!
