Cascara Boba Tea

Our take on bubble tea using Cascara. Refreshingly sweet; the perfect post-lunch drink to indulge in. Also, it's wallet-friendly!

Cascara Boba Tea


A glass of ice
20g of Cascara
240ml of boiling water
One serving of boba 
A drizzle of honey


Step 1: Steep Cascara in a French Press for 2 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook boba as per instructions on pack. Once cooled, scoop one serving into glass.

Step 3: Fill glass with ice, and drizzle honey over.

Step 4: Pour Cascara Tea over glass, using a paper filter to catch fines. 

Step 5: Stir well, and enjoy!
