Not everyone is blessed with a keen mind and patience for numbers. But we have nothing to worry as we're fortunate to have Yvonne, our Finance Manager. Anything finance related, she's the person we turn towards. Thanks to her, our numbers are always in check.

Tell us a bit about yourself. What you do at PPP Coffee and outside work?
I'm the Finance Manager in PPP Coffee. I manage everything finance and accounts related. In my free time, I'm usually aqua scaping my fish tank or catching on my favourite Korean dramas.

What was your first impression of coffee?
It is a staple beverage that gets me through the day. I never thought much about it until I tried specialty coffee.

How has working in the coffee industry changed how you view coffee?
I used to think coffee taste the same regardless of brand, but since working here, I learnt that the origin country, processing method, roast level, and more, they all play a part in contributing to giving the seemingly identical bag of beans its unique and distinct taste profile. The world of coffee is is truly amazing.

Do you brew at home?
No, I don't. But I don't have to because I already have my coffee fix settled. That's one of the perks of working in coffee!

Flat White with OATSIDE.
