With decades of expertise behind them, Ratibor oversees production at the Hartmann Estate, while Tessie manages roasted coffee sales. Comprising over 10 hectares of land, Mi Finquita was established to meet the growing demand for unique lots of coffee from Panama. 

With the application of science and innovative techniques, they produce high-quality coffees known for their sweetness and mouthfeel. The high altitude and tropical climate of Los Pozos contribute to the unique quality of their coffee. Los Pozos sees temperatures as low as 4°C at night, with occasional frost or ice. In the day, it ranges from 15°C to 26°C. 

Mi Finquita is in the process of expanding their wet and dry mill facilities, with environmental and social responsibility through renewable energy. They are focused on teamwork and strategic alliances with other partners at different levels of the supply chain to bring the best to the cupping table.

This coffee is roasted for filter; and is recommended for brewing using the V60, Chemex, Clever or other drip coffee makers.
