Description
Cascara, meaning ‘skin’ or ‘peel’ in Spanish, is the skin of the coffee cherry, which is typically discarded after the cherries are washed and depulped. Once dried, it makes for a unique and refreshing tea.

This cascara comes from the renowned Finca Isnul in Guatemala. Danny and the team at Family Bonds has taken great care to process the depulped skin of their award-winning Pacamara varietal. The result is a cascara that is bright and flavourful.
