The Perez family have been one of our direct to origin producers for the past 3 harvests, and we are delighted to present to you the current harvest from their San Antonio Chaguite farm. Having the highest elevation of the four farms, coffees planted here develop more intensely and also maturing slower, allowing for better development of acidity and complexity.
This washed process Caturra varietal encapsulates that essence of balance, depth, and complexity. Currently maintained by the 3rd and 4th generation of the Pèrez family, we were won over by their incredible efforts to ensure the sustainability of their farms, as well as the sustainability of their surrounding environment.
