Yirgacheffe is one of the most renowned coffee-producing areas in Ethiopia, as part of the Gedeo Zone in southern Ethiopia. The region is steep and thickly forested, but is relatively populated.

This coffee is produced from the Konga kebele, where coffee is grown by smallholder farmers at over 2000 metres above sea level.

This coffee is roasted for filter; and is recommended for brewing using the V60, Chemex, Clever or other drip coffee makers.
